The Alliance Manager Profile Report identifies the respondent’s strength in twenty five attributes critical to excellent alliance manager performance. The twenty five attributes are grouped into seven capacities that reflect the critical elements of the alliance manager role. The seven capacities assessed are the following:

  1. Adaptability — This category measures the individual's ability to make adjustments as circumstances and situations change.

  2. Collaborating with Others — This category measures the individual's ability to engage others when developing ideas, programs, and plans.

  3. Connecting the Dots — This category measures the individual's ability to identify the individual parts of a plan, understand how the parts fit together, and determine what must be done to effectively execute the plan.

  4. Getting Results — This category measures the individual's ability to get results through applying his/her abilities and staying focused on the objective.

  5. Leading Others — This category measures the individual's ability to get others on board, instill confidence in them, and get them committed to a particular course of action.

  6. Persuading Others — This category measures the individual's ability to use persuasion when influencing others to his/her point of view.

  7. Multitasking — This category measures the individual's ability to easily move from one task to the next on a time-sharing basis.

While scores in the capacity areas indicate the potential for excellence, they do not ensure its realization.
