They provide structured approaches for understanding sources and bottlenecks of value—and how to consistently unlock that value—in the complex context of interrelationships and processes that connect a company, its partners and collaboration networks, and its customers.
Alliancesphere focuses on the hardest part of strategic alliances and other collaborations: getting them to work and ensuring that they drive business, create efficiency, and generate value. Fundamentally, we believe that execution doesn't mean more or better tactics: to execute alliances is to view them comprehensively, approach them with the bigger picture in mind, and manage them by involving all entities within an organization.
